Squirrel is delicious. Personally, I like to put them in the slow cooker with veggies, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and a little Worcestershire. Skinning and dressing should be very quick work, or you need to learn a new method. My method involves a little knife work, then "grip it and rip it."

killed one about 530 Friday afternoon around the edge of an old swamp bottom, Jake treed it. The other one I killed this morning out the top of a big old oak tree. He was up there fast asleep and I just happened to notice something funny looking when I walked by. Jake had sniffed around the tree a few times but never barked so I figure he must have been up there for a while
