Local artist and author, Cory Geishauser, posted this on Facebook in Mark's honor. Cory wanted to capture Mark's character in his drawing. He hit it spot on. From the big smile, to his signature Hawaiian shirt and shorts, it's Mark. Mark liked to live every day BIG, make people laugh, and enjoy life.
Prayers Please for my Brother, May God be merciful on his soul! Just got word yesterday that my oldest Brother went in for a hip surgery "cleaning" , They put him under anesthesia, he flatlined and died. My Brother did not have the "healthiest" lifestyle in more ways than one and I'll just leave that there. He was a Marine Vet, "Vietnam" and my Brother so I have to honor him. I'm OK, But Please send a prayer for my Brother Robert! Thank you all!

Prayers for sure Dave. But please tell us also what is a hip surgery "cleaning?" I've had 3 hip surgeries but never heard of a cleaning.
He had some kind of arthritus in the hip, and the Doctors said he was "grinding"??? they were going in to smooth things until he could be strong enough to get the full replacement. He was heavy and also needed to loose weight before the hip "replacement" but was having a lot of pain and I guess somehow they were going to "temporary fix" for a short time span. That's what was explained to us Dennis. I don't have M.D. behind my name so that's my best explanation.
Would you put my friend/neighbor Brad and his family on the prayer chain. Brad has a tree service. He climbed a tree to cut the top out and it fell back on him. He's already had one stomach surgery and will get another tomorrow. He's in intensive care. His brother Craig was working with him and had to climb the tree to help him and the firemen get him down.
