It's just now starting to flurry here......I honestly don't expect us to get much, they really hyped it up and now they're saying only 3-6" total. I probably shouldn't have dug the snowmobile out of storage.....then we'd have gotten 2 feet!! Lol But I'll do some before photos....looking out over the farm from our back deck....
I'm not sure about where Kimberly is but we are supposed to get hammered with snow tonight and tomorrow (and tomorrow night). 5" on the ground here now and falling pretty heavily. Supposed to fall around an inch an hour tonight. Possibility of thunder snow too.

We get the thunder occasionally but only once have I seen lightening with the snow. That was in the late 80s probably. It was pretty amazing to watch through the snow falling.
Will post pics when its light out tomorrow. It starting snowing around 7, got about maybe an inch so far. Last numbers I heard were 12-18 inches, we'll see what the measuring stick says sunday.
A few threads ago, I had read that you liked to go walking in the snow. I know how you do that now! If you don't wear snowshoes around here, you would sink in the snow right up to your....you know! And you sure wouldn't be able to walk!!! Also, nice pics.
That is correct, down here it snows just enough to be fun and not a headache. Maybe some consider it fun climbing up on the roof to shovel off snow. No thank you, I am quite happy to be here.
Sky, this time. The not so funny thing is the family ran through some sort of stomach flu the past two weeks. Wife was spared, i managed, daughter kept on truckng like nothing was wrong (meanwhile both ends are spewing), but my son needed and ER trip for dehydration. Took two bags. He was out of commission for almost a whole week. All doing much better now! But yeah its snowing man.
That happened here once; brother got sick; he was rooming with a friend so Mum and I went and got him and brought him home. Mum tended to him and I made sure to stay away. Mum got sick with the same thing. What ever bug it was bad, diarrhea and vomiting at the same time had to be rough.
