    Hello!

    I bet if you coated that stove with Dry Moly, it would get so hot it would rocket to the moon. :D

    Are there laws in general against putting a pellet stove in a bedroom or at the end of a hallway?

    Hallway I believe is OK, but installing it in a bedroom isn't allowed by any manufacturer that I can think of.

    Yep. No bedrooms, but the hallway may be acceptable. When in doubt, always ask your ins agent.

    When the "boss" decides you've been a bad boy, I guess it's out to the workshop or the truck for the night.....that 3 dog night will sound pretty good then. :D

    Just got the email from forgreenheat.org
    THey are gearing up for their next stove competition.
    Looking at the list of the competitors so far;
    The Alliance for Green Heat - Stove Teams
    It is cool to see the developments that are out there.
    I like the rocket stove and the little video showing it running on pellets is good. I would be a bit concerned that the meshy basket would burn out out quickly though.
    Also I reckon it needs one of those wax burn out shut off valves in the drop pipe for when the old girl decides to go all "Roman candle" on you
    :doh:
