Had those steaks cut fresh at the butcher counter!!! I did some measurements this time 1/2cup soy, 1/4 worstchester sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 tablespoon Onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons ground kung pow out of the garden, 1/4 cup liquid smoke Mesquite flavor, 1/2 cup brown sugar. I used my grinder for the salt and pepper so that was just eyeball. Left it over night in the fridge sliced into strips on the meat slicer and now have them in at 175f with the door cracked for at least 8 hours maybe more.
And I winged the ingredients so... It was awesome last time I added Mustard and upped the King pow this time other than that pretty much the same!
