Those 5 dollar gloves sure do last longer than the leather. Looking good as usual Dave.

I know!!! The leather is nice but as a wear deal, leather seems to be a bit of a façade in this sort of realm. I like the rubber dipped as they allow you to be much more rough on them than usual without having to worry about breaking the bank. However I found some nice goatskin gloves that are pretty darned soft that helps it be comfortable at Harbor Freight for about a similar price and they hold their end up. One pair I loved was a gift give away for buying stuff from a workman's store, boots and etc. georgia giant was giving away gloves and makes me wish I grabbed more. Easy on the hands and grip well when wet.

Can’t figure out how handling firewood wrecks leather gloves so fast. Found a way to extend their use after the finger pads break through...

In fact, the couple layers of duct tape outlasts the leather LOL.

Yep I could not agree more. I love standing next to the stove looking out the window in the middle of winter and feeling amazed at how cold it is outside and how warm it is inside.

Has anyone tried the -" Polar Penguin" gloves? I sell a ton of them, personally use them, and think they rock. :dex:
They're stretchy, so you might want to try a Med. if you use a Lrg. glove.

I saw those, they looked warmer & had softer rubber
Wasn't sure how they'd last handling wood
    Need to do a comparison.
I just bought a dozen of theAtlas
