Not a fancy wood bake oven!

    Here is the "oven". A Jetstream wood boiler.

    Here is the fire to get it warm. Allan ran it this afternoon for four hours to bring the storage tank up to temperature.

    Cleaned out and ready to cook 2 1/2 hours after the fire is out. Base is still around 400 - 500 F.

    Out they come smelling awesome.

    Now to carry them upstairs to the table.

    On the plate with butter and ready to eat. Really need sour cream but the diet wins out.

    I love it!! Great way to get the most out of that fuel load right there, and they look delicious.
