I'll do a better review on this saw later. For now I'll say all the reviews stating cheap plastic are wrong :whistle:this thing is built like a tank! It's even got a transparent fuel tank! The wife is gonna kill me when she sees the saw was on the furniture but I just couldn't wait any longer.. :hair::hair::hair::hair::saw:

Well the saw has lots power especially in the low end but its seriously bottled up in the exhaust so I remedied that yesterday… It is still good with the muffler stock but like all EPA restricted saws needed some help. I also pulled the carb air fuel caps and took the tabs off stuck them back in and richened it up which helped tremendously…. This saw is a screamer now.

First I took the deflector off and s[park screen. I used a dermal to take the reverse baffle out of the deflector. That alone will REALLY help the saw but I wanted to do more than that. :D
    KIMG0074.jpg KIMG0075.jpg KIMG0076.jpg

Next I opened the muffler itself. The muffler is essentially an open can but there is a tube directing the air flow out forcibly that really had that muffler bottled up bad. I didn't want to open the muffler so I ended up drilling a hole on the rear flat spot of the muffler. Its not obnoxiously loud but it is noticably louder. :saw::dex:

There is a lot more to come stay tuned!

One other thing that I noticed was the spark plug wire uses a spring rather than a clip which holds the plug very tightly Ill get some pics of this stuff later tonight for you guys. Today is the wife's birthday so we are going to celebrate :dancer::banana::dex: :pete: without my saws!o_O
