so many times I get asked for Data, but I don't give it out without checking first. Got this one this morning while on FHC. It kept popping up. I had to close out and sign back in to get rid of it.

Scam. That's a local address asking you for your router credentials, which it shouldn't be asking you for unless you are trying to log into your router. I wonder if one of you neighbours is connected to your network and trying to get more info? Nonetheless, you have some malware on your system.

Sounds like WEP has this problem, people are saying if you switch to WPA it goes away.

Thanks, I'm doing a full scan right now with Advanced SystemCare Ultimate to see what pops up. I am so sick of malware. I have to clean up the computer almost as often as the litter box, that is saying a lot because I have 6 cats.

Same here, but I do use Winders sometimes.
No malware or anything for a LONG time on Winders 7.
I use AVG free. Don't open mail from anyone you don't know (and sometimes those you do know), don't click on links in email (even if it's about a cute cat:picard:), don't use Internet Explorer.
Like Grizz said, that is your default address for the router. Were you trying to access the router?

    I do
I don't know, but I did installed a malware detector and that pop up went away. I get too upset with this stuff. Seems to come in piggy back with other programs.
