I might need a longer bar and chain

    Some friends of mine had a tree come down in a storm. The great news is it's an Oak, the bad news is it's a very large oak. It will be a lot to tackle.

    The tree is in a horse pasture, I can pull right up to it. I have to watch out for the donkey though, it really is a Jack Assparagus. Really.

    My bud cut some trees that were standing dead in a cattle pasture he said they surrounded his truck one Time headed out. Freaked him out

    I've wrestled my share of them big hogs like that. Never had anything bigger than 20" bar. You got your work cut out for you OhioStihl but them biguns make a pile of splits in a hurry.

    I will cut the top and split and load what I can. If the trunk is too much to deal with I will let someone in the 20-30 age frame tackle it. When I was younger I tackled projects that were best left alone.
