The stove chows have arrived here in levittown area. 249.00..... think last year they started at 269.00 but that didn't last long..
That's not to bad of a price for a decent Big Box pellet as you know we down here in PA don't have all those pellet house's like they do up North Joe at Bucks Pellets is our option for softies and other stuff and always been Good to us
Wood Heat is carrying the EZB softies again this season $269. They told me last year they were going to start carrying Hormoans but I still don't see them listed on the site.
my local home depot moved about 8 skids of stove chow out front last week, that's about what they had left at the end of last season so my bet is they are last year left overs they are trying to move first. They didn't have a price on the skids though.
yeah.. decent price.. I burned couple ton of chows few years back.. pretty good heat but too much ash for me..
Ironically, I was at the Plantsville HD after work the other night. I was looking for fasteners. They didn't have what I needed, so I left to hit the local hardware store. Totally forgot about looking at pellets! D'oh.
I hit the local HD recently. Chows are $249 a ton. And, if you buy three or more tons, $20 off a ton. So basically, free delivery if you buy three tons. Not a bad deal for early season prices. My local HD just has Chows...nothing else at this point. Debating on getting two tons and calling it a season. I've only got about 6 bags left from last year. Anyone burn this years crop of Chows?
Some folks were talking about Chows bought this year in another thread. Think the comments were positive, they seemed to like them.
FSU in Leominster HD same as previous years, seems they always have FSU at $249 a ton unless you buy 3 then it drops to $229.
