I would go spruce pointe for $285. The eagle valley is the same pallet as the nwss. Also they dont have the nwss they have the 2 nw doug fir.
No wonder I just about fell off my chair when I read our Purely Pine were $85 more p/t than the LaCretes at Slater's.......He doesn't even carry our PP...so that would be hard to do....I think what you are referring too is our NW Supreme Douglas Fir (Bear Mtn) and many people will tell you that this is the hottest, cleanest pellet they have ever burnt and can justify that sort of premium....they sell for well over $400 on Long Island and Cape Cod and we sell in volume to both places......If you have never tried a really good Douglas Fir pellet?...pick up a couple of bags and try them out....I'm pretty sure you will see pretty quickly why they pull the premium they do.....they are an extremely good pellet.... That said...the very best deal Slater's has for sale right now on his site are the left over Blazers he got last year when the distributor went out of business....for $290 p/t ...you really can't go wrong...He can't even replace them for that cost, more less retail at that if he were get more this season....so if you like a good DFir pellet...those are a steal........IMHO.
Scott...your missing my point...I'm not saying you directly have two brands with the same pellets, but that there are many out there that do...
Thanks I picked up one ton of NWSDF. Sorry for my confusion. Different colored bags and acronyms had me confused. He gave me a good deal on 90 ton of blazers, I have to get them out within the week. Justin asked me to give you his regards!
Their prices are crazy....They (the mill) were practically trying to give away the EZB pellets, this place is charging $320 for the softies
