    These came off the Traeger tonight. Wow they were good, venison steaks wrapped in peppered bacon and seasoned with a sweet and spicy dry rub. IMG_3291.JPG

    If you want to be able to grill and smoke meat I'm really happy with the Weber grill and the Weber Smokey Mountain. Those green eggs are nice but this combo is cheaper and has more capacity. You can put a lot of meat on the WSM.
