I found some frogs at the Asian market today, so I think I will be broiling them. Also got some Thai fish cake that will join the party, made the Thai cucumber slaw that traditionally goes with that. And three different kinds of mochi for dessert!

I'm interested in this. Are the frogs getting seasoned?

Yes, I finished dressing them and gave them a scald. Now they are under the low broiler with leftover adobo slice blend from last night and quite a bit of butter. She snapped a pic while I was still dressing them.

I have eaten a lot of odd things, including various insects and rodents. But that looks too much like a frog for me to eat it. I'll take the leg, without the rest, thank you!

Taste a lot like frog! Chicken tastes similar to the uneducated pallete.

We used to gig them by the bucket full back in the day. They came from some ultra nasty ponds and you could taste it.

I ended up giving mine away since I couldn't get over the swampy chicken taste.

Being fall down drunk with buddies and stabbing them was a freaking blast however.

I couldn't eat them. But if you like them, go for it. I eat Lobster and clams, some folks can't stomach them either.

I had frogs once. They really do taste like chicken.

I'd eat frogs again, if I had to.
