Mine seemed less than a medium. Maybe it was the strength I mistook for harshness. I do think some time in the humi will help.

I've been smoking NUB cigars and the occasional Short Story.

I had a vintage 1992 seconds today and even though it is rated as a med-full in strength, I thought it was a mild-med. The taste was no where near the vintage 1990 I had two weeks ago, but it was OK. Hope some time in the coolidor helps.

I also had a cao colombia and it was also ok. Thats all. Hoping time will help that one also.

Those short story cigars are great!

The Cameroon wrapped NUB is my choice out of the NUB selection. I wanted a break from the Fuente Rothchilds that is my standard smoke. The Short Story is great too. I smoked my first one last weekend.

Has anyone been receiving their orders in a timely fashion from cbid or ci?

Page on ci admits they are having issues and don't know when the orders will be shipped.....

I've had two more 1992 vintage by Rocky Patel. Just a short rest in the coolidor served them well. VERY good!

Sure have been enjoying the heck out of the vintage 1990 and 1992 lately.

Next question is has anyone here tried the rocky patel broadleaf? Recommendations?

    Guess not!

Had one of these today. It was very nice and had been months since the last one.

Like I said previously, I got a 10-pak of 6x60 for $20. That was four months ago give or take a week or so.

After that time in the coolidor, I had one today and it was great! Much better than the first and second one I had.
I admit I enjoyed it just as much if not more than the rocky patel vintage 1992 I had.

The Mark Twain memoir was first. Rocky was later in the afternoon.

I had over 8 hours of windshield time today!

    Dang, dang, DANG!

I don't always open my e-mail account everyday. I paid the price for it today. One cigar site had 20% off sitewide yesterday for a few hours and I didn't learn of it until today! Between that and a $gift card waiting to be used, I could have scored a sweet deal.....:headbang:

After a few days of of cigars, I lit one of these up yesterday. Enjoyable.

Wasn't bad, but I won't be getting more of them since I'm now cutting back.

Just a personal choice. Everything is fine, no problems. Thanks, though.

Picked up 6 of these today for 3.50 each! The store wanted to freshen up their stock, reorder, and I happened to be there at the right time! (churchills)

Now, off to bed for them for a nice rest in my collidor!
I prefer the 1992s, but couldn't say no for this price!

    How dya like that??

Heck, even the seconds of these go for $60 w/shipping for 15....
