    Really easy...create a Youtube account, upload the video, publish it, and past the link on here. I've done this many times. Files are stored by Youtube and just linked here.

    Worth noting that you can post "unlisted" videos on YouTube if you don't want them accessible to the general YouTube population. Only people that have the link can see them.
