    I would if it wasn't for my awesome desk job. I live for this stuff these days.

    Grew up on the farm pitching hay and stacking firewood. It's like farming my own land. :tree::D

    Man oh man love the locust. They used to use b locusts as dowels instead of nails in early American construction..
    Great wood..like ur saw too. I've got an echo cs290 w 16 bar. Great rock solid saw

    I did indeed have around 10 FHC friends over one weekend, and try as they might, my stacks remain stacked. :smoke:

    Another funny story - I haven't burned a stick of that firewood yet (this thread was from 3 years ago.) I'm probably going to give half of that locust to my brother in law. I don't burn that much of it - I prefer to mix it with lesser woods when I do. A full load of that stuff is too much for my place even when it's sub-zero.
