Now that looks really nice tfdchief! Nice and cozy.

I have to ask this. Even though I think/hope I know the answer already. Is that just the way it appears in the picture? Or is that single wall pipe from your stove really that close to the wood work?

It kinda looks like double wall, I took a closer look. Not positive.

Cool looking hearth and stove Chief, looks comfy just looking at the flames

Nope. double wall and 12 in, from the woodwork, so I am double the 6 in. allowed. Very deceiving picture I will admit.

Oh, and for my Buddy fans, that is the little guy in the foreground. He was laying in front of the stove, but as usual, couldn't stay 2 seconds for a picture.:picard:

Oh that other shot makes me feel better. How is your weather out there in Illinois tfdchief ? Did that stove keep you nice and toasty last night?

About 25* here. When it gets warm like that usually means a storm is rolling in.... Either snow or 100 mph wind storm.

Yep, Love it! I'm ready, as I know all of you are as well. This season warms my heart and soul, and oh yeah, my body too. Without wood heat, well, I would probably lose my mind and my religion in the winter.:hair::axe::campfire: :pete: doesn't hurt either :D
