No Costo here but I have access to both BJ's (not renewing after this year) and Sams (likely renewing this one)

Costco does not have locations that are close to each other. I have to go over to the next state (CT) to get one. They've been talking about putting one near us for ten years now.

I was looking at the brisket there today and thought it's almost time to smoke one.

I pick mine up from Sam's club. I like to get most of my meat there since it is fresh and not in solution. On sale I get them for $1.55-1.75 per pound. And we can easily get 5 meals out of one.

Cowboy burgers on the Kamado Joe griddle. Cooked the bacon, sautéed onions and jalapeños, made smashed burgers with cumin, onion powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper and then melted cheddar jack on it. Crisped up the buns, grilled the corn, and then built up the burger and topped it with some vinegar slaw. Turned out good.

    That looks incredible !!

Was wondering why you were cooking the burgers on the griddle and not on the grates, then it hit me... crusted with bacon grease.

Don't know about yours, but the Costco I shop at has boneless pork sirloin roasts, four to a pack and individually vacuum sealed, usually $1.75-1.89/lb. Perfect for the four of us for one meal, plus we often throw one in the crock pot with taco seasonings for a change of taco pace.

I usually have to cook two if I want some leftovers. They roast up nicely at 300-35, for 90ish minutes.

My first ABT attempt, tried to go kid friendly and used sweet peppers instead. Not easy to wrap!

No pics but last night I cooked 4 ribeyes, 3 corn on the cob and about 2 lbs of zucchini fries on my wood/ charcoal grill. Also steamed about 5 dozen clams fresh out of the sands of LBI!

Those look yummy! I'm gonna have to check if they have them. I don't remember seeing them, though.
