I got locked out of FHC because I couldn't remember my password, tried to ask for another password and never got any response, I had to set up the new computer and download another email account but all the same as before and seemed to get it working...Still not sure why FHC never responded or if they did why I didn't get it...I even sent an email to Pallet Pete through the recipe section that has an email link as I could see that link as a guest...But still no response...Any ideas? Please keep it simple because I'm not very good with computers...Thanks in advance...Oh ya a miracle happened and all of a sudden I found my password to FHC so I could finally get back on...:hair:

Right where I want to be.
I used to be able to remember all my passwords.
Now, I write 'em all down in one place.
Come to think of it, I don't think I have FHC written down. :hair::picard:

OK with PC's however pretty sure you would need an admin to address this issue..

I keep a spreadsheet filled with that info. It has several tabs - one for home (I have something like 150 lines - yes I shop a lot online, why? ), I have tabs for each of the places I've worked (hey, sometimes I have to get into SAE, ASQ or even stampsRus. I also used another tab to track which shopping sites I had updated my last name to when I reverted to the name I was born with, and who I had informed mail wise (magazines and such) of address change. If I ever lose that spreadsheet I am lost - which is why I always email a copy of an updated file to at least 2 other email accounts, so I always have access to the info.

That being said, I name the file in such a manner that no one would suspect that it has such info - nor would there be anything to entice a hacker to look at it.
