    Is this thing worth driving 1.5 hours to look at??? What year did Englander quit producing these. TIA

    Stopped producing in the late 90's I believe. I would work that that price though. Is this for you smoke?

    Hell, if you get it cheap enough might be worth it...looks like it would be an easy install....other than busting your stones to get it in the basement.

    Looks to have stat option going by the manual. I think its just to kick it to low fire when it reaches stat temp?? See manual attached

    I'd offer $350 and go from there. If it actually still runs, maybe a little more. But it's a basic unit....shouldn't cost much to get it running IF the control board is OK. Augers, blowers & motors are all standard items.

    If it can be had for cheap? On the coldest nights it will be handy. Several of the Fahrenheit users have manual light models that only go to low fire when temp is met, so any night below freezing it will be a welcomed surprise to have warm air in the bedrooms via a vent (and a closed door)!

    This thing is still available... Emailed the dude and asked if he knew what year it was built. He said he thinks around 2009. :confused:
