I can load .380 for right around $0.09 cents a round. 9mm maybe $0.10 at todays prices. Thanks to cheap primers again
I take 1K rounds when I go PDing. But have never shot that much in a 2 day hunt. We shoot all we want, then take turns and watching.
You must of deleted a post wild west? I got a notification saying you posted? Oh well. Have a good day to all
Went to 4 different places yesterday looking at guns, ammo, fishing supplies. All had .22 ammo in stock Best I seen in brick 500 was $36.50 copper plated then $39.99 then to the moon on match etc, Limit 1 on bricks. 300 36gr plated HP 1260fps $26.50, 300 plated RN $26.50. 100 rd HP or RN plated pack limit 5 $9.99 to $12.99, 325 lead RN $19.99, 50rd LD RD $2.79 1400 plated 36gr HP 1280fps $79.99 One spot I picked up CCI mini mag 36gr HP 300 rds for $26.50. Then the last stop I stumbled on the 1400rd bucket by Remington 36gr HP plated $79.99. Has new improved on the bucket. Guy goes big surprise when he came to unlock the case. I just put it in there 15mins ago.
I stopped by a semi-local shop that other day because I was out and needed a BX-25 for the Ruger and the guys asks me if I wanted some ammo with that. Automatch, 325 rounds for 19.99. It was a little bit more than I typically end up paying, but I did grab a box (limit 1).
That match ammo is all over the place now a days. Everyone has it and a pile of it!! Good deal on the bucket. A guy at work has one he was trying to sell me and told me to make an offer. I might offer $80?
http://www.natchezss.com/cci-22-long-rifle-mini-mag-rimfire-ammunition-56533.html CCI minimag $8/100 limit 5. Shipping will make it about $11/100--Natchez is high on shipping.
I've checked several duck's Sporting Goods stores by me the past couple months, every time I'm in there they have Mini Mags in stock for $10/100 rounds. That's more that I'd want to pay, but then again I still have around 3k rounds of mini mags left from back when they cost $4 per 100 rounds.
I picked up a remington bucket a couple weeks back for $80 out the door. Didn't really need it but 22 is like flour and sugar in the kitchen, always good to have more. a while back I told myself next time I see 22 for anything close to reasonable I would buy some, that was over 5 years ago....
