S/N is 128...... so I reckon it is the 10mm but I will do a quick teardown and inspection to verify all is good.

Pshhhhh Creamsicles are all the same flavor, no?

... That one looks pretty darn good too... I hope it turns out good on the inside for you, cause they are known to create a :D on the o' face...:dex:

It looks like SN# 129583701 and below is 10mm... So you should be good. Plus metal tag and red choke switch are good indicators too....

Slanted fins... now I have to man up to the summer heat and find some wood to cut.

It should outperform the 038, but that 372xp Randy worked on is going to stomp it. That being said my 10 mm is my go to 70cc class saw. But it isn't a minty saw like yours.

Just put in a plug insert in my buddy's 044... needed a piston too. You're going to like that saw-

Anyone know if this shares same muffler with the 460? My buddy has a spare DP muffler.

Piston is cherry, aside from a dent in the air filter cover this saw is about as minty as they come in my collection.

No, they aren't the same. But can be used, modifications. I don't remember what mdavlee did, but he made one work for me.

The 460 muffler is a tiny bit longer. You need to put a couple washers behind it on the lower bolts.

I think you can use just the muffler cover from the DP on the OEM 044 can to make it a DP. 044 should have a decent sized side outlet already.
