What a nice crew. Not their typical day, but very professional, patient, and thorough. Remain as impressed as ever with the company and their employees.
I like the colors but I'd still like to see all black. My refurbished Keystone was a custom colored Mahogany (primer red/rust). The wife likes it and says it goes with the living room and kitchen colors. I guess but I still like black.
Custom fit - they shortened our Tee for us so it would sit back a little further. The hearth isn't very even, and the stove wasn't sitting square. I was thinking it was time to go get the flat metal washer we used under another stove, but Lewis just smiled and said they had an easy answer - loosened the leg bolts on one side, and then re-tightened them, and it was sitting rock-solid.
