    The Hardy gets a bad rap sometimes for being a smoker. Good dry wood helps present a better image.

    Thanks walt. Yes I'm heating both home and DHW. I burn about 2.5 cords a year. Of course north Arkansas Temps aren't nearly as cold as Ohio.

    I use a hardy H2 as well, heating 2600 sqft plus DHW year around. House is well insulated and I have the best insulated unground pipes money can buy. I burn 6-8 cords a year depending on how cold a winter we have in MS. Love my hardy.
