    Apple smoked salmon with maple syrup glaze (real maple syrup)
    Grilled smash red potatoes brazed with olive oil and garlic
    Simmered asparagus with butter
    Homemade bread dipped in olive oil
    Sparkling cider (we don't drink)
    Chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream scoop and orange wedges and white and regular chocolate garnish

    The only thing lacking was the Fine China, and yes we have some, and no this is not them...sorry)

    Make a canoe out of a poblano pepper. Put some cooked Mexican sausage in the bottom then top it with grated cheese. Smoke until soft and melty. Wash down with cold beer.
