We're living in the age of anonymous sources.
An interested 3rd party may need to corroborate this rumor before anyone believes it.

This caught my eye. Did the company that pioneered this stove sell the rights to USSC or is this a Chinese rip off of their design?

Cheaper for us Mainers to buy them from SIB. $219 delivered for vets.

Might even be cheaper than Lowes at Paris Farmers Union which is right in town.

Did a search and looks like HD, Amazon and others are selling the Wiseway US Stove so my guess is that they did buy rights.

It a local farm supply store with a number of Maine locations and I think 1 or 2 in NH. They carry MWP, Canawick, Granulco and maybe a couple of others but I don't usually pay too much attention. Their prices are generally a little high. That is the place where I bought the ton a Granulco last spring for $199.

I think you southern NE people will see them before any of us do up here unless STB goes to Portland or Larry goes to Brunswick. Presque Isle is 200+ miles north of me, Portland 70 miles south and Brunswick and Thomaston 40+ miles east.

I try to stay clear of Portland, must admit I was in Portland last Monday visiting a party in rehab after a second hip fracture and infection.
